For most of us who have traveled from coast to coast in the United States or internationally, we have most likely experienced the sensation of jet lag. Our bodies are not prepared to adapt to a rapid change in the light-dark cycle. It is a most undesirable feeling.

I created two packing lists many years ago when I began traveling. One is for checked luggage and the other is for carry-on items. I have revised these lists many times such as when I deleted my iPod from the list and added an iPad and iPhone. This is how I listen to music these days when traveling.
