New Delta Non-Stops to Europe from the West Coast

Getting to Europe from the west coast of the USA is now going to be a little bit easier thanks to Delta. The carrier just announced a variety of new non-stop routes!

amsterdamAccording to USA Today, Delta plans to add non-stop service from Los Angeles to both Paris and Amsterdam starting June 16, 2018. There will be four weekly flights to Amsterdam and three to Paris Charles de Gaulle using Boeing 777-200 LR jets on both. The service will give our southern California friends better connections on both of Delta's partners, Air France out of Paris and KLM, out of Amsterdam.

Interestingly enough, Delta is adding a non-stop from Orlando to Amsterdam as well as an Indianapolis to Paris flight. The Indy flight will give that city its first ever regular airline service to a destination outside of North America.

In Atlanta, Delta is expanding as well adding non-stop flights to Lisbon.

We'll have to check out these opportunities and see if anything looks good for future trips for the Journeys for Women gang! There are a lot of places we all still need to visit and this just make it a bit easier for some of us flying from certain hometown gateways!
